Customer called saying they had a 50 gallon electric heater that started leaking out the bottom and had been for a few days. We showed up and they also had 90 PSI water pressure. When draining the heater you can see the color of the water coming from the heater. The customer wanted to go ahead and change the PRV as well as the heater. Went ahead and added expansion tank and drain pan!

We have had a absolute busy week and we cannot thank all of you enough! We are more than grateful that all of you are trusting us for your plumbing needs.

Today we were able to go install a new PRV(Pressure Reducing valve) and take out a 20 year old PRV! Look at the inside of that thing🤮

Also we installed a new kitchen sink faucet for a customer. The one they had in snapped at the handle and they just wanted a new one installed. We also checked their water pressure and it was at 95 psi which is WAY to much but customer did deny any repairs for that.

⭐️TIP- Having to much water pressure on your home can lead to appliances, toilets, faucets and anything else that requires water to have a shorter life span. It can be rough on your homes pipes and depending on the pipes in your home can cause them to start leaking. If you’re unsure about your homes water pressure give us a call!

Has anyone checked their water pressure lately? A customer called because their water heater's pop off valve kept going off, causing a lot of trouble. We found out that after some recent updates from Blue Ridge Water Company, their barn was experiencing nearly 200 PSI way too much pressure for any home! We installed a Pressure Reducing Valve, and now everything is working perfectly. Another happy customer and another 5 star review!

Customer called Sunday morning stating they had no water. Showed up and made the necessary repairs. They do have a rough water well and we have made numerous repairs to the copper lines already. Customer has decided they just want to go ahead and do a complete repipe.
