We specialize in renovations, additions, structural repairs, decks, roofing, exterior improvements, home repairs & more. Are you having problems finding a contractor that provides quality work on your timeline? I have talked with multiple real estate professionals, city officials, and homeowners lately, and there seems to be some irritation with the quality of service they are receiving in the Greenville area recently. Some are having problems finding contractors that are truly qualified to perform the services they need, while others are having problems finding contractors that actually show up when they are supposed to. It is for this reason I have decided to introduce myself to those of you who may not be familiar with my company and our services. My name is Frank Duke and I have been the owner of Duke Builders, Inc since 2007. Before that, I was the Executive Vice President of a Greenville based construction and land development company. Since starting my own business in 2007, we have serviced 29 counties throughout Eastern North Carolina providing our services to banks, insurance companies, homeowners, and REO companies. We have recently started concentrating more in the Pitt county area to be closer to home. I have recently had the opportunity to work with people in the Greenville area that I have not worked with in several years, and a large percentage of those people have told me similar stories of the difficulties in finding dependable contractors that are qualified to perform the work that is needed. Duke Builders, Inc is a licensed North Carolina General Contractor (License #65480). We are qualified and capable of performing almost any type of construction services you may need. We have never had any liens, judgments, lawsuits, or claims against us. I operate on a very simple business concept- to do what we say we are going to do, when we say we are going to do it. If there are budget or time constraints that you are trying to meet, we will do our best to work with those constraints. I have provided a short list of the services below for your review. If you are in need of a service that you do not see listed, please call and ask. If we do not provide a service that you need, we may be able to assist you in finding someone for that service that shares our business principals. New residential construction
