We’re celebrating our new office space with an Equip brand palette inspired mocktail. We started with a dose of Sprite (Family Centricity), topped with the Spark of blue curacao syrup, Generously chilled with ice, and topped with homemade mango syrup (High Value). We grabbed our drinks and headed up to our new rooftop terrace for a mid-day break!

The start of a new era means the end of another. Our crew felt bittersweet (but mostly sweet) saying goodbye to a space that hosted thousands of fantastic memories, moments of creativity & collaboration, tears (mostly joy), and way too many cups of coffee consumed. But the energy in our NEW HOME this week has been undeniable! Bring on the next decade of new memories!

Things are absolutely crazy here at Equip Studio. We have FOURTEEN projects under construction simultaneously across our office. Just this week, we had 3 different project teams on site visits across the country. Our City Church Tallahassee team is nearing the finish line down in Florida, our Redeemer Rockford team is visiting the early progress in Illinois, and our One Place Church team is overseeing the exterior framing in Idaho. We're so excited to see vision become reality!

Today we're celebrating these three ladies who have just accepted hard-earned promotions here at our office. Kelsey (left) has been promoted from Jr. Designer to Jr. Project Manager, Sydney (center) has been promoted from Jr. Project Manager to Project Manager, and Lauren (right) has been promoted from Project Manager to Sr. Project Manager. If you know any of these ladies or have worked with them, you know how deserving they are of their new roles.
