The association collects monthly dues to cover the landscaping, water bill for lawn sprinklers, electric bill for light posts and entry/exit gates. The association covers limited maintenance of the common areas.

Hello everyone - we are seal coating the parking lot tomorrow. And the new parking lot light posts have been installed. The new dusk till dawn sensor will be installed in a few days when it arrives. Take care.!

Hi All - You should have received a letter from the CPA stating there is a HOA meeting this coming Saturday. I think it is 1pm in the parking lot. Please be there if possible. We will go over the budget for 2015, pending maintenance (gate issues and paint), elect officers, and vote on hiring a management company. We will also look at the budget and decide on dues (increase, decrease, or keep the same). If you cannot make it let me know.

Hi All - We installed new dusk to dawn bulbs yesterday. Please leave your front and back outdoor light on. It should turn on during the night. Thanks.

Exit gate is now fixed! First, I installed a new gate main control board. After the board was installed, I found the power supply was not working (low voltage), and was the reason for the board shorting out. New power supply/batteries installed. Gate is now working. Let me know if there are any issues. Thanks!

I reset the keypad again on the entrance gate. Let me know if anyone has trouble with it. Also, we ordered a new control board for the exit gate. Hopefully it arrvies in a week and we can get it installed.

Recent landscaping is finished. We are also getting quotes to trim the trees along the entrance of the property.

The landscaping and mulch is wrapping up this week. Hope everyone likes the look of the grounds. We are considering adding an annual contract from a company like Top Turf (6 treatments per year) and reseeding the front grass area. Please let me know if anyone needs lightbulbs replaced on the outside of their property. Front and back door. Keep the lights on in the evening as it is getting dark much earlier. Thanks all.
