A few members of the COR3 team recently spent time in Asheville for the 2026 AIA Aspire Conference, connecting with peers, sharing ideas and exploring what’s next for the architecture industry.

A couple of takeaways that came back with us: new approaches to giving meaningful feedback that helps support and develop our team, and a look at how emerging AI tools may help architects work more efficiently, particularly when it comes to specifications.

We’re always looking for ways to learn, improve and bring new ideas back to the work we do every day.

Meet Terri Doiron, COR3’s Office & Financial Manager

With more than 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, Terri is the steady hand behind many of COR3’s day-to-day operations. From accounting and payroll to human resources and office management, she helps keep our team organized, supported and moving forward.
Terri brings a strong background in audit and tax, along with the professionalism, attention to detail and discretion that are so important to her role.

Outside of COR3, Terri has also shared her talents with the community, previously serving as Treasurer of the Fine Arts Center Partners Board, a fitting connection given the artistic talents of her children.

We’re grateful for everything Terri does to keep COR3 running smoothly!

With more than 25 years of experience in commercial architecture, Micah brings a wealth of knowledge to COR3, but just as important are the relationships he’s built along the way.⁠

Micah joined COR3 in 2011 as a Contract Project Manager and quickly became an integral part of the team. Over the years, he has managed projects from early design through construction, built lasting relationships with clients, consultants and contractors, and in 2020, became a Jr. Partner at COR3, and is now a Partner.⁠

With deep experience in retail architecture, project management and technology, Micah brings a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to every project, and a commitment to the people behind it.⁠

Another PGA TOUR Superstore is officially open, and we’re proud to have helped bring it to life.⁠

COR3 provided architectural design services for the new nearly 30,000-square-foot PGA TOUR Superstore in Timonium, Maryland, the brand’s first location in the Greater Baltimore region.⁠
⁠
More than a place to shop, the new store was designed around the experience of the game, with an expansive putting green, club fitting and simulator bays, instructional areas and the latest technology, all under one roof.⁠

We’re proud to continue our work with PGA TOUR Superstore as the brand expands into new markets across the country.⁠
⁠

Last week, we traded blueprints for baseball and enjoyed an evening together at the Greenville Drive game. Time away from the office to laugh, connect, and cheer each other on is just as important as the work we do every day.⁠

Great communities begin with thoughtful design—and plenty of time spent in the field.⁠

Our team recently visited Creekview Towns, a 32-unit townhome community currently under construction.⁠
⁠
What makes this project especially rewarding is the challenge behind the design. Working around an existing creek and FEMA floodplain required creative planning to maximize the site while respecting its natural environment. By elevating portions of the buildings, the design provides the required compensatory flood storage while keeping the residences safely above the 100-year flood elevation.⁠
⁠
Every site presents unique opportunities to innovate, and we're proud to help bring solutions like these to life.⁠
⁠
We look forward to sharing more progress as Creekview Towns continues to take shape.
