It's exciting to see how fast this thing dismantles trees! Reminds me of chomping on broccoli as a kid, pretending the broccoli was a tree and I was a dinosaur. I'm not sure why, since T-Rex's probably didn't chomp on trees like that. 😅

Our incredible crane allows us to do something that was impossible during the good ole days! When a tree is growing in a tight spot, we're now able to just pluck the tree trunk out of a really narrow space, where it's close to a fence, the house, a shed, etc. John and Kevin are experts at removing difficult and large trees with the crane.

I love this picture of our guys. They're each working hard to remove this pine tree near the house. Kevin is not in the picture, but he's operating the crane, so he's sort of there, too. The pine tree had to be climbed to get the top out, then the crane moved the wood away from the house and nearer to the street to be hauled off.

How do you remove a tree when you can't drop the trunk onto the concrete driveway? That's easy. Use a crane! And we have our own crane that we use almost everyday. The advantage of utilizing a crane is that it removes a lot of the danger and hazard involved with removing a tree. The heavy trunk wood can be cut and transported away from the sensitive areas of the yard without dropping anything. It's magic, really. I personally don't miss the days of risking those near-misses in the old days of climbing every job! 😅

Large branch fell on the house? No problem! John and the guys did a stellar job carefully removing this large fallen oak branch from the roof. We love to use our crane, but with limited accessibility in this case, the guys rigged the piece out using the more nimble lift and lots of rope devices to get the branch away from the house and fence without any collateral damage.
