Before & After Tile Shower Repair – Travelers Rest, SC 🚿
Previous contractor shot nails through the waterproofing and failed to seal the curb seams. Result? Serious hidden water damage and an expensive mess.
The shower and part of the floor in front of the shower had to be completely removed, we installed proper waterproofing, and completed a full tile shower repair with beautiful marble-look tile and penny tile mosaic floor inlay blended perfectly to hide the repair in front of the shower to avoid a costly bathroom floor replacement being the original tile couldn’t be found.
Key Lesson: Don’t risk cheap tile shower repair or DIY. Quality waterproofing and professional installation prevent leaks and save thousands.

Just finished this checkerboard tile floor installation in Travelers Rest, SC!
Swapped the old floor for a bold beige & white marble-look porcelain checkerboard pattern. It totally brightened up the space and looks awesome with the toile wallpaper. Turned out clean and sharp even with all the tricky spots.
Love it! Who else is into checkerboard floors?
