From outdated to modernized!! Project Manager, Doug Mitzel, and his team have been hard at work transforming the future new Greenville home of Luca Electric! What once was a very outdated space is slowly but surely being brought back to life with fresh updates and a whole new vision.

Now officially in the finish line phase, this upfit is really starting to come together and we can’t wait to share the final reveal soon! 👏🏼

🎉 Happy 5 Year Work Anniversary to our Project Manager, Chris Weeks! 🎉

For the past 5 years, Chris has been an incredible part of the Rescom team leading projects, solving problems, and helping bring so many exciting spaces to life. We’re beyond thankful for everything he does and so happy to have him as part of the Rescom family!

Now… while he may not be the better looking of the two Chris’s in the office 😆 (that one will forever be up for debate with Chris Roche around), we still love him just as much!

Thank you for 5 amazing years, Chris! We can’t wait to see what’s ahead!!

Chris Weeks, project manager, is here to share the progress happening on the Canal Insurance Company upfit project! 🚧

What started as a completely outdated space has now transformed into a full construction zone with demo complete, drywall going up, ceilings coming together, and the very first coat of paint officially underway!

Demo is in full swing, marking an exciting next step in their second space in the Wells Fargo building. Big progress is happening behind the scenes, and we’re just getting started. Stay tuned, there’s a lot more to come on this Team Chris (Chris Weeks, PM & Chris Roche, Superintendent) project‼️

Another project is just about ready to cross the finish line! The Wells Fargo Convention Center, located inside the Wells Fargo building in downtown Greenville, is nearly complete and will soon be ready to host meetings.

Another successful transformation in the books!! 🏗️

Our team, led by Project Manager Doug, recently completed an upfit for Palmetto Pulmonary inside Bon Secours St. Francis Health System in Downtown Greenville while the practice remained fully operational. This project required careful phasing, temporary wall systems, and seamless coordination to allow patient care and construction to happen side by side.
From full demo to reframing walls and ceilings, we refreshed the space with a clean, updated palette of finishes that brought new life to a busy medical environment. What truly set this project apart was the incredible teamwork and shared commitment from Bon Secours, Lillibridge, and Palmetto Pulmonary. Together, we know we delivered a space that reflects a unified vision and dedication to excellence.
