The home remodel we are on right now, we just installed the Schluter/Ditra in floor heat system prior to laying tile flooring. This is pretty awesome stuff. Each section has to be carefully installed and tested to ensure a 15 year manufacturer warranty for the customer.

Each room has the exact amount of wire needed based on measurements with very detailed instructions to be followed. This is a great alternative to hot water heat and the thermostat can be ran from your Smartphone. The innovation has certainly come a long way. A concept that’s well worth it but pricey!
