Spectrum Spotlight – We're proud to showcase the completion of Pendleton High School, a transformative new campus for Anderson School District 4 designed to support students for years to come.

From the early stages of construction to the final finishing touches, Spectrum Interiors delivered a wide range of scopes throughout. The exterior and interior metal framing, drywall installation, and acoustical tile ceilings were all expertly installed by the Spectrum Interiors team.

Architectural details like soffits and partial walls bring added depth to the space, creating a modern atmosphere across the campus. Specialty wall panels and acoustical clouds enhance the overall environment while supporting sound control and functionality. The finishing touches of this project, like FRP panels, Level 5 finishing, and stretch fabric walls, add durability and visual impact throughout this structure.

Spectrum Spotlight – We’re proud to showcase the completion of Project Strong in Fountain Inn, SC, a project that highlights the strength and versatility of Spectrum Interiors’ work from the exterior structure to the final interior finishes.

Our team began by building a durable exterior shell with metal framing, sheathing, and Tyvek waterproofing to create a secure and weather-resistant foundation. Inside, the project came together through expertly crafted drywall systems featuring metal framing, Sound Batt insulation, drywall installation, and smooth standard finishes. The ceilings were completed with metal framing and acoustical ceiling tiles, bringing both functionality and a clean finished appearance to the space. FRP panels served as the finishing touch, adding long-lasting durability throughout the project.

It was a pleasure partnering with The Conlan Company to bring this project to life.

Spectrum Spotlight - A workspace built with purpose and precision. We’re excited to showcase our completed upfit for Crown Forklifts in Duncan, SC. Our team delivered a full interior scope, beginning with metal framing and continuing with reliable drywall systems featuring both Sound Batt and rigid insulations. Seamless Level 4 finishing completes the foundation, complemented by detailed door frame installations. A 44’ high demising wall adds structure and definition, helping shape the layout with intention. In the overhead space, framed clouds that received millwork and soffits bring both visual interest and performance, rounding out a space designed for productivity and flow.

It was a privilege to partner with Hillwood Construction Services to bring this project to life.

Spectrum Spotlight - We're proud to highlight the completion of Prisma Midlands Northeast Medical Park in the heart of South Carolina.

Our work began with creating a strong and reliable foundation, delivering building envelopes that establish the long-lasting structure. That momentum was carried throughout the interior with durable drywall systems and acoustical ceilings that add to the functionality of the space. The environment is elevated through acoustical additions including Certainteed Claro Ceilings, Navy Island Beams, and acoustical baffles.

This was another great project with Brasfield & Gorrie and we look forward to our future partnerships!
