GOOD CONSTRUCTION STARTS WITH FIGURING OUT THE RIGHT SOLUTION.

One of the things I enjoy most about residential construction is that every house presents a different problem to solve.

Sometimes what looks like a major repair turns out to have a fairly straightforward solution.

Other times a small visible problem is telling you there’s something more important happening underneath.

My goal isn't simply to sell someone the biggest project possible.

It’s to understand what is actually going on, what the homeowner is trying to accomplish, and what makes sense to do.

Eleven17 LLC is currently scheduling residential repair and property-improvement work throughout the Upstate South Carolina area.

I have spent more than 25 years working in construction and solving the kinds of home repair problems that do not always fit neatly into one category.
