Excited to welcome Adam Burger to the Isomer team as our new Technology Operations Manager.

Adam brings a genuinely diverse background — full stack development, IT support, systems troubleshooting — all grounded in practical, real-world problem solving. He's the kind of person who figures things out, not just talks about them.

Outside of work, he's a guitarist, a pickleball player, and a proud dad. He and his wife Lisa are happy to call Greenville home.

Welcome to the team, Adam!

Starting your career is about finding the right place to grow.

For Kelvin Borges, that meant finding a role where learning didn’t stop after graduation.

Since joining the team, Kelvin has taken on new challenges, learned skills outside of his degree, and even seen his work come to life on-site — a moment that never really gets old.

Outside of work, he stays busy with sports, community involvement, and some pretty incredible adventures (including climbing Kilimanjaro and trekking to Everest Base Camp).

We’re proud to have people like this on the team.

🎥 Take a minute to hear Kelvin's story.

We asked a few of our team members a simple question:

What do you wish you knew as an intern?

The answers are a good reminder that everyone starts somewhere — and a little advice can go a long way.

🎥 Take a minute to watch the video...and if you want to see ALL of the great advice - view the full video at https://loom.ly/pa3IOx4

What advice would you share?

We had a special visitor in the office recently 🐶

Lilly (RL’s hound/beagle mix) stopped by for a trial run as a potential office dog — and she definitely made an impression.

Safe to say the team didn’t mind the extra company.

AI is changing everything. But it’s not the whole story.

RL's new blog “Genuine Intelligence” takes a closer look at where AI fits — and where it doesn’t.

It’s a conversation about tools, judgment, and what really drives good decision-making.

Check out the article (linked in the comments) and tell us, where do you draw the line?

It's not every day we get to share about some of the cool work we are doing...that's why we're excited to share about our recent work with Vycarb to help take their carbon removal technology from proven concept to deployable system.

Vycarb converts CO₂ into bicarbonate — permanently stored in water — with real-time measurement that verifies every tonne. No assumptions. No black boxes.

We worked alongside their team to develop the ISBL process that makes industrial-scale integration possible. Good technology needs an equally solid deployment backbone. That's what we helped build.

Worth following what they do next!

“This is how we’ve always done it.”

It’s something Nick Remeta heard a lot earlier in his career — and it’s one of the reasons he helped build Isomer.

He wanted to create a place where good ideas aren’t shut down, where people are encouraged to think differently, and where teams are built around trust, communication, and attention to detail.

In this video, Nick shares what he’s learned along the way — including why flexibility matters, and why the best teams are the ones that genuinely enjoy working together.

We’re proud to have leaders like Nick helping shape what Isomer is today.

We had the chance to attend both TAPPICon and the Textiles Recycling Expo recently — and came away with a lot of great conversations and fresh perspectives.

There’s a lot of momentum around recycling and sustainability right now, and it’s encouraging to see the level of innovation happening across the industry.

At the same time, it’s a reminder that turning those ideas into real, working systems is where the real work begins.

We’re glad to be part of the conversation and excited to keep building what comes next.
