A well maintained tall fescue lawn is a beautiful lawn.

Unlike other grass types that turn yellow and dormant in the winter, fescue retains its deep green color year round.

I’ve maintained this particular lawn for several seasons now and every year it gets prettier.

This grass can be laid as sod or planted as seed.
