A beautiful day in Palmetto Bluff, and another opportunity to check in on a home our team has loved watching come together.

The layered rooflines, exterior finishes, and architectural details are giving this home so much character. It’s always rewarding to visit a jobsite and see how far things have come, knowing the amount of work and craftsmanship that goes into every stage. Still a few chapters to go before we welcome this family home, but we’re looking forward to sharing more along the way. 🏡

From the charming mountain communities of Western North Carolina to the beautiful landscapes that surround them, our team has had the pleasure of bringing many special homes to life over the years. One of those projects took us to High Hampton in Cashiers, North Carolina, where we had the opportunity to build one of our Idea Homes.

Our Idea Homes have always been special projects for our team. They give us the opportunity to showcase our craftsmanship, explore new ideas, and invite future homeowners to experience firsthand what’s possible when building a custom home.

Inspired by the timeless character of High Hampton and the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains, this home brings together classic mountain architecture, warm interiors, custom millwork, and welcoming spaces made for gathering. It’s hard to believe a year has already passed since we first opened these doors to clients, friends, and guests. Looking back, we’re just as proud of this home today as we were then, and especially grateful for the talented team and wonderful people who helped bring it all together.

A lot of Lowcountry charm, a beautiful setting, and one more home nearing the finish line on Kiawah Island.
Tucked beneath the live oaks with views overlooking the golf course, this home is in its final stages, and all those thoughtful details are coming together. We’re looking forward to putting the finishing touches on this one and welcoming our clients home!

Kiawah River update. A break in the rain gave us a chance to get out and check on this one at Kiawah River. Framing is almost complete, and it’s been exciting to watch this home take shape, from the generous living spaces to the porches and outdoor areas that will make the most of its Lowcountry setting.

This modern Walnut Cove home lets the outdoors in from every angle. Swim under the fireplace or lounge by the fire pit. Either way, the view is never out of frame. And the real showstopper? That lap pool stretching from indoors to out.

Completed this past summer, this lakefront home is ready for weekends well spent. From a little friendly competition on the putting green to long afternoons by the pool and dinner outside as the sun goes down, the outdoor spaces were designed for the kind of days that start early, end late, and are best spent together.
