New home we finished building earlier this year. For this build, our in-house crew provided custom built cabinets, the cypress post in front and rear porch, as well as the fire place mantle and hearth from a red oak log cut from our own sawmill.
Our in house crew also provided the foundation work, framing, windows, exterior and interior doors, trim moldings, vinyl siding
and composite decking installings. We had a great group of sub-contractors that we work with consistently for the remaining trades of this build.
Due to our ability to provide a large portion of the labor with our full time team, as well as providing hardwood and softwood lumber from our company owned sawmill (for cabinetry, mantles and porch post etc), we were able to build this home below the going market rate!
