The property has undergone significant changes, including the removal of the river rock behind the house and the laying of fresh sod. Stone borders have been added to all landscape beds, along with fresh fabric and medium-sized river rock. Smaller areas have been treated with topsoil, seed, and mushroom manure to promote new growth. The versa-lok steps leading up the hillside have been thoroughly pressure washed. A new patio stone walkway has been installed next to the steps. Approximately 20 boulders have been placed around the hillside and bare areas to add visual interest.

Performed a significant makeover on the landscape of this residence. This involved cutting down arborvitae trees along the side of the house and grinding the stumps. The beds were raised with topsoil, and new planting was completed around the entire house. We then laid down landscaping fabric, installed stone block borders around the perimeter, and topped it with river rock.

Replaced deteriorated tie wall with country stone and installed fabric on the backside of the fence, cleared extensive brush and trees adjacent to the fence, and added river rock and Chesapeake stone in another corner to create a memorial area.

Homeowner requested a patio area under the trees adjacent to her shed. To accommodate the slope, we installed a country stone wall and patio stones for the pad.
