We're KC's Improvement & Construction Co., Inc. Family-owned design-build remodeler in the Piedmont Triad since 1984. Kitchens, baths, additions, aging-in-place. We run everything through JobTread: budgets, schedules, selections, daily logs, the works.

Looking for a Project Manager who can own projects from contract to closeout. Sub coordination, client communication, change orders, site QC. If you already live in JobTread, your onboarding is basically done.

What we are looking for:
3+ years residential remodeling PM experience
JobTread experience = big plus (Buildertrend/CoConstruct converts fine)
$60-75K DOE + potential bonus
Small team, 40+ years of reputation, zero corporate layers
