We're KC's Improvement & Construction Co., Inc. Family-owned design-build remodeler in the Piedmont Triad since 1984. Kitchens, baths, additions, aging-in-place. We run everything through JobTread: budgets, schedules, selections, daily logs, the works.

Looking for a Project Manager who can own projects from contract to closeout. Sub coordination, client communication, change orders, site QC. If you already live in JobTread, your onboarding is basically done.

What we are looking for:
3+ years residential remodeling PM experience
JobTread experience = big plus (Buildertrend/CoConstruct converts fine)
$60-75K DOE + potential bonus
Small team, 40+ years of reputation, zero corporate layers

Know someone in the Triad who fits? Tag them. DM us, call us at 336-288-3865 or email us at [email protected]

🍂🕯️ INTRODUCING THE KC'S FALL CANDLE COLLECTION! 😂

We've been remodeling homes for over 42 years… so naturally, we thought we'd try our hand at candles! 🍁

Unfortunately, these candles don't actually exist… but wouldn't they be something?! 🤣

We'll stick to what we do best — turning houses into dream homes!

Which scent would YOU burn? 👇🍂
