Finally got around to taking g the wiper motor out of the car and apart.
Pretty sure this is what took the car off the road in 1977/78

The cooked wires behind the dash led to this.

Im pretty sure I can get this wiper motor from a Spridget for less than half of what Moss wants for a TR4A.

Reached the fundraising goal for the Chicago Marathon.

Now back to car stuff on this page.

Im currently making a dash cover for the TR4A.
Turns out my X axis measurement was off by 1/16.
Now I have to do more filing to get speedo and tach to fit in the cover and the factory backer.

Just a few dollars away from the goal.
Put me over the top and ill start talking about cars again.

I call the new work table Patches.
It's made from the cut down old 4x8 table amd leftover steel from Samuels Metalcraft, my Covid era side hustle.

It's big enough for everything I have going on now. Light weight, easy to move.
If im doing woodwork I can lift off the steel top.

Reworked build table for the garage.
3'x5'.

Sold the steel plate top.
I have several pieces of 10ga steel lying around from when I was running Samuels Metalcraft.

Think I'll cover part in steel, or use my home huilt grinding bench for welding up small bits.

Considering a major milestone/shift.

Im thinking about either selling or dismantling my chassis build table to free up room in the garage.

It's a little over 8 feet long
53 inches wide
38 inches tall

Built from 4x4 and 2x6 lumber
Has 5" diameter heavy duty casters and is topped with 3/4 MDF and 5/16 hot rolled steel plate.

500 or near offer with steel plate, 200 or offer without steel plate.

It's sturdy. Has had 3 different locost chassis built or completed on it, 2 A mod race cars, and the T bucket project
