Brian Tuck joined Brady in 1985, and today, on his last day, he heads into a well-earned retirement. For more than four decades, Brian has been a go-to chiller and overhaul technician. Coworkers and customers alike respect his expertise and his commitment to doing the job right.

Brian's legacy goes beyond the equipment he's worked on. He has mentored and trained many technicians, and many of the people who serve our customers today learned from him.
Careers like Brian's are a big part of what makes Brady a place where people stay and grow. Thank you, Brian, for 41 years of dedication.

Take a sneak peek inside our Kitty Hawk Trane Supply location in Morrisville! 👀 We're turning part of the space into a Mitsubishi Training Lab, with certified equipment that includes the latest A2L technology.

Mitsubishi now requires recertification every 5 years. With our own lab and certified instructors, we'll be able to offer more certification courses, hands-on training, and chances to stay ahead of industry changes.

Yesterday, we hosted our 7th Annual Community College Instructors Conference at Wake Tech Community College, and it was our biggest one yet. With a record number of participants and representatives from 17 North Carolina Community Colleges, it was inspiring to see so many educators and industry professionals come together to learn, connect, and collaborate.

The day was filled with networking, hands-on learning experiences, industry insights, and plenty of fun. Events like this strengthen the partnership between education and industry, helping us work together to develop the next generation of skilled professionals.

Thank you to everyone who attended, presented, and helped make this year's conference so special. We value our partnerships with our community colleges and look forward to continuing to grow this event for years to come!

🎓🔧 Celebrating the Future of the Skilled Trades!

In August, Brady was proud to participate in the Guilford Apprenticeship Partners (GAP) Signing & Graduation Ceremony at the Koury Convention Center.

We were excited to welcome Landon and Chance as Brady's newest GAP apprentices and celebrate the graduation of Camden Leonard who has successfully completed the four year program.

GAP is a Registered Youth Apprenticeship Program that gives high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to gain paid hands-on experience, earn a tuition-free community college degree, and build meaningful careers while making a positive impact in their communities.

As a proud GAP partner for 10 years, Brady has seen firsthand the value of investing in the next generation of skilled professionals. Programs like GAP help create a strong talent pipeline while providing students with real-world experience, mentorship, and opportunities for long-term career success.

Congratulations to Landon, Chance, and Camden on this important milestone. We look forward to supporting their continued growth and seeing the impact they will make in our industry!
