Piedmont Property Turns is looking for one quality minded, reliable home maintenance technician. Must have valid driver's license and transportation, decently clean driving record, you must possess your own tools (basic), clean up after yourself and have enough experience to work with little supervision.

Light maintenance work, blinds, detectors, trim carpentry, sub-floor repairs, deck maintenance and builds, PAINT, Sheetrock work, pressure washing, light electrical such as ceiling fan/fixture replacements and various other tasks.

Pay will be dependent upon your experience, work ethic and attention to detail to do things right the first time.

We do a variety of jobs including painting, cleaning, light landscaping and handywork. Pay is dependent on experience, drive, and results turned in.
