Sometimes making a difference doesn’t mean building something new — sometimes it means bringing a forgotten space back to life.
This weekend, Done Right Construction donated our time to help a local business reclaim an outdoor patio that had become unusable after years of w**ds, thorny vines, overgrowth and plenty of ticks.
We pushed back the overgrowth, cleared the w**ds and gave the patio table a serious scrub to remove years of algae, dirt and grime.
One of the best surprises? Underneath all that growth we uncovered an old garden bed that had almost completely disappeared. Now the employees can replant it, add some color, and continue making the space their own.
It wasn't our biggest project, but projects don't have to be big to make a difference. With some beautiful Maine weather still ahead, the staff now have a clean, usable place to eat lunch, take a break, or simply get outside for a little fresh air.
As a small local business ourselves, we believe being part of a community means showing up when you can — sometimes with lumber and tools, and sometimes with a w**d whacker, scrub brush and a little elbow grease.
Built Right. Done Right. Every Time.
