Every property has a story.

Sometimes it's an exciting renovation project. Sometimes it's a deck, a garage, or a long-awaited home improvement.

And sometimes it's a landlord standing in a property feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to even begin.

This walkthrough was one of those situations. Before we could even discuss potential repairs and improvements, we discovered a severe flea infestation left behind by a previous tenant.

A fresh look and a whole lot more curb appeal.

This project started with enclosing the underside of the porch with new lattice, giving the entire front of the home a cleaner, more finished appearance.

The transformation speaks for itself.

Done Right Construction is looking for a reliable part-time team member to join our growing crew for weekend work throughout Central Maine.

Right now this is primarily weekend work, but there is potential for additional hours as the business continues to grow.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Can read a tape measure
• Knows their way around basic hand and power tools
• Can assist with material handling, simple cuts, cleanup, and general job site tasks
• Is comfortable lifting, working outdoors, and working at heights
• Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (non-negotiable)
• Shows up on time, communicates well, and has a strong work ethic
• Wants to learn and grow in the trades

Experience is a plus, but we care far more about attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn than years in construction.

This is not a “show up and get yelled at” kind of construction environment.

We’re a small family-run business that believes in teaching, learning, safety, respect, and building strong relationships with the people we work with. With Done Right, you’re not just another body on a job site — you matter to us.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the company as we continue taking on remodels, renovations, garages, sheds, decks, additions, and custom projects.

• Starting at $25/hour
• W-2 position
• Primarily weekend work
• Some basic tools are a plus
• Potential for additional hours as workload increases
• Paid introductory evaluation period to ensure a good fit for both sides
