Another beautiful deck completed just in time for this nice fall weather! 🍂 Our team completely demoed the old rotted deck and repaired a large section of wall that was rotted as well. We then installed helical pile footings, Engineered PSL beams and 2x12 framing to give it a solid foundation & create larger spans. Our awesome clients made great selections to include TimberTech English Walnut decking & fascia trim and TimberTech IRX aluminum railing with a drink rail top. The screenroom features a SCREENEZE screen system, sliding door, white washed pine ceiling and aluminum post wraps. Above the screenroom a deck drainage system was installed to keep everything below dry and beautiful frameless glass railings to top it off! Last, but definitely not least we installed TimberTech recessed riser lights, post cap lights on the corners and small accent lights on all the other posts. This project was very well thought out and came together exactly as expected & on schedule! Huge shout out to our hard working team and Hammond Lumber Company for always making sure we have everything we need!
