👷‍♂️ BUILDING MORE THAN JUST PROJECTS—BUILDING THE NEXT GENERATION!

Instead of our normal This or That Tuesday, we’re switching things up for a very special post today! ❤️

Our President, Devin Robinson, recently had the opportunity to visit Mosheim Elementary and give students a hands-on look at what we get to do every day at Prestige Construction Group!

Devin brought along machinery and examples of the work we do on the job, giving students a chance to see construction from a whole new perspective. 🚜🏗️

But more than showing them what we do, we wanted to share an important message:

There is more than one path to success.

For some, that path means going to college, earning a degree, and pursuing a career in the field they studied. That is an incredible accomplishment and something to be proud of.

But for others, success looks different.

Sometimes it means learning a trade, working hard, gaining experience, developing a skill, and eventually using that knowledge to build something of your own.

That path is just as valuable.

Devin chose that path. He worked hard, learned his trade, built his experience, and turned that hard work into a business that now provides opportunities for others and serves our community.

Skilled tradesmen and women are the people who build our homes, businesses, roads, utilities, and communities. They are plumbers, electricians, equipment operators, carpenters, masons, mechanics, builders—and so much more.

These careers provide for families. They create businesses. They strengthen communities. And they help people build the lives and businesses they dream about.

🎓 A college degree is a wonderful path.
🛠️ A skilled trade is a wonderful path.
❤️ Neither is more important than the other.

What matters is finding something you are passionate about, working hard, learning your craft, and taking pride in what you do.

We are thankful for opportunities like this to show the next generation that there is no one-size-fits-all definition of success.

Who knows? Maybe one of the students Devin met at Mossheim Elementary will be the next great builder, electrician, plumber, equipment operator, entrepreneur—or business owner.

The future is in their hands, and we’re proud to help them see just how many possibilities are out there! 🚜❤️
