We’re excited to share the completion of Mason Orthodontics, a 2,200 SF tenant finish transforming shell space into a fully operational orthodontic practice. 🦷

The build-out includes five dental stations, two exam rooms, X-ray, lab, and office space, all delivered on time and under budget.

While the finished space looks clean and seamless, one of the most critical elements is something you’ll never see: precise electrical, plumbing, and medical gas rough-ins beneath the slab, ensuring specialized equipment functions flawlessly.

This project reflects our CARE Values in action. From design through construction, we guided Dr. Mason through the process of building his first practice. Thank you, Dr. Mason, for trusting the Maxwell team to bring your vision to life!

Phase 7 of the L.C. Schmitt Elementary renovation has been completed! ✅

We’re now moving into Phase 8 — the final phase of the full building renovation. We’ve appreciated the strong collaboration with Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation and CSO Architects as we work toward delivering a completed facility.

Investing in the Next Generation of Builders

We loved hosting the Warrick Pathways & Career Center Civil Construction students for a site tour at our Boonville Aquatic Center project!

With support from Randy Beard of Studio Bee Community Youth Center , students got an up-close look at key parts of the construction process — including the underground detention basin, CMU walls, electrical and plumbing installation, structural steel installation, and stainless-steel pool welding.

It’s always rewarding to help inspire and educate future builders. We’re proud to play a small part in shaping the next generation of our industry!

After months of digging, forming, and tying rebar, our team hit a major milestone — the base slab pour for a 186’ x 75’ pool, including a 13’6” deep diving well that transitions into a 7’ deep swimming section.

With support from our subcontractor crew, this pour was a true team effort from start to finish.
➡️ ~700 cubic yards of concrete
➡️ 50 people
➡️ 2 pump trucks
➡️ 10 concrete trucks delivering 100 yards/hour
