We finished off last week with our second Feel the Love installation, and what a great day it was.

Our passion for this program hasn’t changed, but this year we had the opportunity to do even more than what was asked of us.

When we inspected the Gordon family’s home, we found that their furnace system, ductwork, and water heater were all in rough shape. Through the Feel the Love program, Lennox provides the new HVAC equipment, but after seeing the condition of everything else, we knew we couldn’t stop there.

So, as a team, we decided to go beyond the scope of the program and replace the Gordon family’s water heater and ductwork as well completely free of charge.

It was incredibly rewarding to be able to do this for their family, and the excitement spread throughout the entire company. Even some of our service technicians wanted to be part of the install and lend a hand. Now, heading into winter, the Gordons can feel confident in their home comfort without having to worry about their system failing them.

With this installation wrapping up our Feel the Love program for the year, we’re already looking forward to next year and another opportunity to give back.

For the last several years, we’ve been proud to participate in the Lennox Feel the Love program, where we have the opportunity to install a brand-new home comfort system for a nominated recipient at no cost to them.

Last Thursday, we kicked off this year’s program with our first install at the Conococheague Institute .

This was such an awesome install. Not only were we able to help take this burden off their program, but after the install, Matthew gave us a tour of the property and shared more about the work they do and the impact the Institute has on our community.

With more than 6,000 kids visiting the site each year, keeping everyone comfortable while they learn and experience the history there is not easy. Being able to contribute to a program that means so much to our community made this install even more rewarding, and our guys had a great time doing it together. We even got to spend a little time with the goats and sheep before heading out!

A huge thank you to Matthew for the amazing tour and for showing us around. We wish nothing but the best for the Conococheague Institute and hope their staff, students, and visitors stay comfortable for many years to come.

Work trips are always better when you get the chance to learn, connect, and catch up with some familiar faces.

Over the last few days, Tim and Marlin have been in Orlando at Pantheon, reconnecting with old friends and colleagues while learning about new ideas and opportunities that can help us continue improving how we serve our customers and community.

We’re excited to bring some of these new tools and ideas back to Premier and put them into action!

After pulling the blower wheel, there was still plenty of buildup left inside the unit.

Our technician Dawson took the time to thoroughly clean the area around the blower, removing the dirt and debris and leaving the unit cleaner than he found it.
