Have you ever wondered why there are circles in the road way? The reason is after traffic and snow plows drive overs them or they are not installed properly the lid and frame bring to shift. With that said they start leaking water or creat a pothole in the road. So the system to fix this issue is called mr. manhole. It cuts the road so crews can make repairs as well as seal any cracks then we pour concrete in place of the black top, and just like that no more pothole and no more water!!!
