Now Hiring: Heavy Equipment Mechanic – Greenbrier, TN
Crown Paving is looking for a full-time Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our maintenance team!

🔧What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and repair construction equipment, trucks, and vehicles — both on-site & in the field
- Work on a variety of trucks/machines: skid steers, asphalt pavers, rollers, curb & milling machines
- Keep our shop organized, clean and running safely

✅What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with heavy equipment repair and maintenance
- Strong mechanical skills and SAFETY mindset
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
