390,000 square feet. Up to 18 stories. One major exterior scope.

We completed the stucco scope for this 318-unit multifamily development in Birmingham, working alongside General Contractor BL Harbert. To execute the work, we scaffolded the entire exterior of both the high-rise tower and adjoining mid-rise building.

It was a large-scale project that required careful coordination, consistency, and attention to detail from top to bottom.

One project. Two phases. A partnership that grew with the development.

We worked with General Contractor Flintco across both phases of this casino and resort project. Phase 1 focused on the original casino, while Phase 2 expanded the gaming space and added a seven-story, 200-room hotel, a 14,000-square-foot events center, and additional resort amenities.

Across the project, our scope included EIFS, DEFS, stone, sprayed fireproofing, and intumescent fireproofing.

From exterior finishes to critical fire protection, we’re proud to have supported this project through multiple phases of its growth.
