The Thousand Oaks custom home has officially come to an end, and what an incredible project it’s been from start to finish. This 3,500 sq. ft. new construction was thoughtfully designed to combine comfort, functionality, and high-end craftsmanship throughout every space.
Inside, the home features a spacious open-concept living area with plenty of natural light, creating the perfect setting for both everyday living and entertaining. The layout includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a dedicated office space—ideal for working from home or creating a quiet retreat. Every detail, from the finishes to the flow of the floor plan, was carefully selected to deliver both style and practicality.
One of the standout features of this home is the outdoor living space, offering over 1,400 square feet of expansive porches. These areas provide the perfect place to relax, host gatherings, and enjoy the surrounding views year-round.
Projects like this are what we’re passionate about—bringing a vision to life and delivering a home that’s built to last. Proud of the work put into this one and excited for what’s ahead.
