The owner should know the work.
I own Countrywide, but I still want my hands in the actual work.
I started working at the site age of 10. As the company grows, I never want to become the guy who can sell a project but has forgotten what it actually takes to do one right.
This project was a full exterior entry door and storm door replacement.
And with a door, looking good in the finished picture isn’t enough.
It should close smoothly.
It should latch without fighting you.
It should seal the way it’s supposed to.
Those little details are the difference between something being installed and something being finished.
Most homeowners shouldn’t have to become experts in every detail of their house.
Their contractor should.

Trying to squeeze a few more miles out of fall before the bike gets parked for the winter. 🍂🏍️

And we’re trying to squeeze in a few more outdoor projects while we’re at it.

Because as much as I love Wisconsin… I can think of about a thousand things I’d rather be doing than working outside when I can’t feel my fingers. 😂🥶

Milly knows we handle residential AND commercial projects, so naturally she showed up with a few demands. 😂🐾

Apparently, the treats are too far from the couch, her nap area needs expanding, and she’d like a custom snack station built immediately.

Her budget? Unlimited kisses and absolutely zero dollars. 🤠

We told her to fill out the project form like everybody else. She’s currently refusing to leave the office.
