Last year during Fall I saw my neighbor use a new yard maintenance company after door flyers were sent out. Cheaper than what I could do it for.

How can they do that?

Well, they sell your information to other landscape companies for the work they do not do! I got a call from the company to purchase access to their potential work. What did I see?

A employee on a riding aerator plugging away at the yard, zipped in and out of the property.
What was left behind?
Plugs on the concrete. No effort in cleaning it up. Not a big deal.
Time vs Cost: Cheap, but sells your projects and no attention to the details.
The costly mistake?
The sprinkler heads he ran over!
Not the right machine for the job, too large of a machine for the yard. Fast? Sure.

In being fast, the quality was lost to gain in a profit.

Who am I?
I started winning awards my freshman year of high school and went on to be top of my class in Visual Communications. I was the fastest rising Designer, Pre-Press Operator in a local press shop in Northern Colorado working with clients like Bug Juice, JBS, Swift, ConAgra, Avery Brewery, and others. My professor in college is the one that created the overlapping medical sheets of the body's organs, nerves, muscles, etc. in medical books.
