What does "design build" actually mean? Kirk Timmer, President of Silver Stone Homes, shares how we design the house around you and never hand you a generic floor plan pulled off a shelf.

Before breaking ground, we spend weeks with clients discussing an initial plan: we sit down and talk through function, layout, and how it looks and feels, then go back and make changes.

We have even gone back to the drawing board 10+ times on a single plan set to get it right. It's what gets you a house built exactly for you and not anyone else and saves you money in the long run.
