This 16x40 Premier was originally built by us at Summit of Montana, then privately purchased and fully finished into the cabin you see today. It’s on our lot and available for purchase.

This build features 2x6 walls, a 6’ vaulted porch with timber framing and composite decking, insulated windows, and half-glass entry doors. Inside, it’s been fully finished with warm wood walls and vaulted ceilings, a kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and cabin-style finishes throughout.

This is a really cool Premier setup. The customer took a 14x36 and turned it into a building that’s ready for a lot more than storage.

Spray-foam insulation, electrical, a partition wall, garage space, multiple entry doors, windows, and a 4’ vaulted porch with burned and cedar-stained timber framing all came together in one build.

Rosemary siding with Black Fox trim and a Burnished Slate roof finishes it off.
