FOR SALE BY OWNER! This was a flip house that we have redone! 3-bedroom, 1-bath house, 1-level. This house was down to bare studs! EVERYTHING IS NEW! New…electrical, plumbing-sewer & water lines, flooring, HVAC, hot water heater, kitchen cabinets, tub, vanity. Carpet will be installed this week! Granite countertops coming as well. Washer & dryer was moved into the newly built utility room at the front of the attached garage. New roof and windows in 2023. Outside of house has been painted.
