A Little Update From Your Future Favorite Asian Restaurant 🍜❤️
Grayson, KY — we hear you! 😄
Every day, we get phone calls, messages, and questions asking the same thing:
“When are you finally opening?”
Believe us… we want to know too! 😂
When we started this journey, we were told the renovation would take about three months. Well… here we are, almost six months later, and we have learned one very important lesson:
Good things come to those who wait… and apparently, REALLY good things take a little longer. 😅
There have been a few unexpected twists and turns along the way, including some renovation mistakes and delays that were completely outside of our original plan. What was supposed to be a three-month project turned into a nearly six-month adventure.
At this point, we feel like we deserve a certificate in “How to Be Patient During a Restaurant Renovation.” 😂
But here’s the good news:
We are finally getting very, very close! 🎉
The renovation is finished. Our next steps are waiting for Pepsi to come install their equipment, followed by our health department inspection.
Once those final pieces are completed and we get the green light, we are OPEN! 🙌
We know so many people in Grayson have been excitedly waiting for us, and honestly, your support has meant more to us than we can put into words.
Every phone call, every message, every “When are you opening?” reminds us that this restaurant is not just our dream anymore — it has become something the community is looking forward to as well.
We are incredibly grateful for that. ❤️
So please hang in there with us just a little longer.
We promise we’re not trying to keep you hungry on purpose. 😂
We’ll announce the official opening date as soon as we have it!
