It's easy to overlook the little details until they're done right.

A shower niche is one of those features that's both practical and an opportunity to add something unique. By layering materials and finishes, this niche became one of our favorite details in the entire bathroom.

This kitchen floor had sagged over 1¼" across a 20' span after a large island and countertop were added.

A previous repair attempt didn't solve the issue, so we worked with engineers to develop a new solution. We installed a custom 2,000 lb beam made from quadruple LVLs and steel flitch plates to properly support the floor system.

The floor is now level, the upper floors were corrected, and doors that had been sticking are operating normally again.

Not every sticking door is a structural problem—but sometimes it's the first sign of one!

Sometimes the before and afters speak for themselves!

We just wrapped up this bathroom in Stone Mountain. We shifted things around to add a second sink and opened up the shower with full glass, which made the whole space feel brighter and way more spacious. The walnut vanity adds warmth and character to tie it all together.

It’s always amazing what a few thoughtful changes can do for a space like this.
