This is one of those moments where all the planning finally starts to feel real.
The timber framed beams, the ceiling detail, the structural design behind it all… none of it happens by accident. A lot of time and craftsmanship went into making this come together the right way — and we are pretty excited about how it’s turning out.

You can learn a lot about a builder before the drywall ever goes up.
Most people won’t notice things like truss spacing, overhang details, load points, or how much planning goes into making everything work together the right way.
But those details matter.
Because the goal isn’t just to make it look good when it’s finished.

There are a lot of questions that come with building a home.
Cost. Finishes. Layout. Where the house should sit on the lot. All of those things matter.
But one of the biggest parts of the process is having the right relationship with your builder.
