✅ Proven experience leading hardscape installation crews
✅ Expert installation of patios & retaining walls
✅ Ability to read engineered plans
✅ Strong job planning and organizational skills
✅ Experience operating construction equipment
✅ Valid driver’s license required
✅ Strong leadership and work ethic

Bonus Qualifications:
⭐ CDL Class A or B
