Day Twenty-Two of 31 Days of Scary Home Projects
WHEN YOUR HOUSE STARTS LOSING PIECES…
That’s usually how the scary movie begins.
Our Kingsport customer had soffit coming loose on both sides of the house, along with a small piece of vinyl siding that needed to be replaced.
And a piece of your house hanging overhead can definitely look creepy.
Especially when the wind starts blowing at night…
But damaged or loose soffit can leave areas of your home exposed and potentially create openings for moisture, insects, birds, ghosts and other unwanted visitors.
Mr. Handyman of Johnson City repaired the soffit on both sides of the home, secured everything back into place, and replaced the damaged piece of vinyl siding.
No ghosts.
No bats.
Just a home exterior that needed a little professional attention.
And this is exactly why Mr. Handyman of Johnson City is different from many contractors. We’re a local, family-owned business that handles the small repairs as well as the larger projects. We’re licensed, bonded and insured, our technicians are background-checked, and our workmanship is backed by a one-year warranty.
We also bill daily for the work completed, so you can see the progress you’re paying for. We do not require deposits unless it’s a custom order, and financing is available.
Day Twenty-Two complete.
