🏗️ TIGHT SITE. BIG GARAGE. ANOTHER ANN ARBOR PROJECT UNDERWAY!

All American Home Builders LLC is starting another garage project near Miller Road in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

This project required some careful planning before the garage could ever go up. We brought in fill dirt and regraded the site so the driveway slopes properly away from the new garage, helping control drainage and prepare the property for construction.

With limited working room and a tight property line, we excavated and squeezed in the footings for this 20’ wide × 40’ deep garage.
