Demolition is officially underway at the LIVSOU project in Southlake, TX. 💥

Our team is hitting the ground running with a full demo scope, including:
• Wall removal
• Ceiling demo
• Millwork demo
• VCT flooring removal

Excited to partner once again with our repeat client, KCG, as we push this project forward. More progress coming soon.

Talk about wood blocking for days… our Rejuvenation team has been hard at work installing in-wall blocking for finished millwork fixtures. It’s the kind of detail that won’t be seen once drywall goes up—but it makes all the difference in the final product.

It won’t be long now before it’s all covered up by drywall. 👷‍♂️

Project Complete ✅ | AutoZone

Proud to officially wrap up our AutoZone project in Arlington Tx.

Our scope covered exterior/interior metal stud framing, drywall, FRP installation, and exterior/interior painting.

From layout and framing to a clean Level 4 finish, every phase was executed with precision and attention to detail.

Shoutout to the entire crew for getting this one across the finish line.
