The best part about a lake house isn't the address. It's the feeling. 🌊 Our Arlington clients wanted to bring the relaxed, collected charm of North Texas lake days into their home, creating rooms that felt warm, welcoming, and ready for everyday life with grandkids and three Labrador retrievers.

In the hall bathroom, coastal-inspired blue cabinetry, natural stone, and a wood-paneled ceiling bring the easygoing character of lake house living into the everyday. Because the rooms we use every day deserve just as much attention as the ones we show off.

Just because you can replace everything doesn't mean you should. ☝🏻 One of the biggest parts of our job is knowing what to keep. In this kitchen, the existing cabinets, flooring, and footprint were worth holding onto. By investing in the right updates, we gave our clients an entirely new kitchen without having to start over.

Sometimes the most thoughtful remodel is the one that respects what was already working!
