A called us after two different companies told them they needed a complete sewer line replacement due to a clog.
When we arrived, we took the time to properly inspect and locate the issue. 👇
We found an old clean-out in the yard where the cap had come off, allowing tree roots to grow directly into the sewer line.
Instead of replacing the entire sewer line (which would have cost thousands), we:
✔️ Dug up the damaged section
✔️ Cut out the old broken clean-out
✔️ Installed a brand-new 2-way clean-out tee
✔️ Restored proper sewer flow
💧 Problem solved — without unnecessary replacement!

Today we completed a full sewer line replacement. After inspecting the line, we discovered the pipe had been installed flat with no proper pitch, which was causing major drainage issues.
Our team removed the existing line, excavated outside the home, and lowered the pipe where it exits through the exterior wall to ensure the proper slope for correct flow.
The job is now fully completed and flowing the way it should — another happy customer for Once & Done Services!

At our company, we don’t go looking for extra work and we never push unnecessary repairs on our customers. We simply do the job right and keep our eyes open for safety concerns.
Recently, while turning a customer’s water valve back on, we noticed a strong sewer gas smell. Instead of ignoring it, we took a closer look. That’s when we discovered the main sewer line was split along the top, allowing sewer gases to enter the building. On top of that, the line was clogged.
We were able to clear the clog to get things flowing properly again and eliminate the immediate backup issue. We’ll be returning Monday to replace the damaged section of sewer line and make sure the problem is fully resolved.
Sewer gas isn’t just unpleasant — it can be a health and safety concern. We’re thankful we caught it when we did.

Another successful bathroom upgrade in the books! 🔧🚿
A customer contacted us about converting their downstairs powder room into a half bath — and we made it happen.
Once we removed the flooring, we discovered the subfloor was completely rotten and needed to be replaced. We also found the floor joists were spaced 20" on center, so we reinforced the structure by cutting out the damaged subfloor and adding additional floor joists to properly support the new bathroom.
To run the larger plumbing lines, we carefully cut through the original foundation to access the basement and ensure everything was installed correctly and up to standard. While we were on site, the customer also asked about relocating their washing machine drain — no problem! We took care of that as well.
Projects like this are a great reminder that you never know what’s under the surface, but we’re always ready to handle whatever we find.
