🇺🇸 Grantsville Veterans Memorial Park Update 🇺🇸

JC Earthworx was proud to discount our service rates during the construction of the Grantsville Veterans Memorial Park to help Fritz's Custom Crete bring this project together. As the project has progressed, we decided to take that support one step further and donate 100% of our services for the remaining topsoil grading work.

Today, we finished spreading and grading the topsoil supplied at a discounted rate by Madcow Trucking throughout the center of the heart-shaped memorial area. Tomorrow, we’ll place and grade the remaining topsoil around the perimeter of the new concrete improvements.

Based on what remains, it appears the project will still need additional topsoil to properly finish grading around portions of the perimeter.

This park has been a true community effort, and we’d like to encourage anyone who is able to continue supporting the Veterans Memorial Park through donations, materials, or other contributions.

Every little bit helps bring this meaningful project closer to completion and creates a place our veterans, their families, and our entire community can be proud of. 🇺🇸

Egress windows in the worx! 👷‍♂️

Two new window wells are installed and ready for larger basement egress windows. The foundation has been cut, with the concrete temporarily pinned in place while we wait for the new windows to arrive.

Remodel in the worx!!

RV parking in the worx! 🚧

We installed a 6-inch structural subgrade profile in preparation for 5 inches of concrete. The new radiused, thickened edge will tie into the existing landscape design, along with a new staircase providing access to the backyard.

We're proud to be part of the new Veterans Memorial Park project in Grantsville, Utah. Our team completed the excavation and site preparation for the monument walls, flagpoles, and statue plinth, including over-excavation, moisture conditioning, road base installation, and compaction. Topsoil was carefully separated and staged for reuse throughout the landscape areas. Today, we're back on site completing backfill operations around the newly poured structures. We're honored to work alongside Fritz's Custom Crete on this meaningful project that will serve as a lasting tribute to our veterans. 🇺🇸
