Panel gremlins - 0
JessiJames Outlaws - 1 (Actually...a lot more but who's keeping count?😉)

This panel is reading right where it should be. On a single-pole circuit such as this one, it should read between 110 volts and 125 volts, but normally sits right at 120 V.

The panel gremlins tried to get us here but we got them this time!

⚡ Monthly Outlaw Electrical Tip #3 ⚡

It's important to know the basics of what to do if you ever encounter an electrical fire. 🔥 Here are some do's and dont's that will help you and those around you stay safe in this situation:

✅DO: Prepare
-Locate your main electrical panel
-Have panel inspected every few years (Especially homes 30+ years old)
-Know how to shut off main breaker
-Label all circuits clearly
-Keep flashlight near panel
-Keep a class C fire extinguisher some where with easy access (Not all fire extinguishers are the same, see Monthly Tip #2 below)

⚠️ DON'T: Think "It will never happen to me!" - Being prepared even if it doesn't happen is better than being unprepared if it does.

✅DO: Get everyone out of the home and call 911 - If safe, turn off main breaker

⚠️ DON'T: Use water on electrical fires, or try to disconnect burning equipment.

If Someone Is Shocked:
✅DO: Turn off power, if possible and safe to do so
✅DO: Call 911

⚠️ DON'T: Touch the person until power is off or move them unless necessary for safety

This backyard is getting fully transformed as we speak. 👀

We are currently teamed up with Marc Contracting to fully uplevel this customers back yard! They are getting a whole new patio built on to the house, including all of the electrical upgrades Taylor explains here. We can't wait to see how this one turns out!
