There is a point in every Yankee Barn Home where the structure is up, the spaces are taking shape, and the vision starts to feel real.

Once the shell package is delivered and assembled, the project transitions to the general contractor, who brings the next layer of the home to life through roofing, siding, mechanicals, and interior finishes.

It is a coordinated handoff between our team and your builder, with each stage moving the home closer to completion.
