Destination Brevard has a point.

And of course, it being an obscure holiday or observation day of World Mosquito day.. (wow, really?) here are some mosquito facts to noodle around your brain.

Mosquitoes are the most dangerous animal in Florida- due to the fact that they carry diseases, bacteria and parasites.

Mosquitos are the most dangerous animal in the world, they're responsible for 700,000+ deaths a year. Yep. It's true, we just looked it up for ourselves.

Florida is home to around 80 species of mosquito!

Female mosquitoes, are the ones that bite.

The largest mosquito in the world, is the elephant mosquito and it doesn't feed on blood! (That's pretty cool!)

The Gallinipper, is the largest biting mosquito.. and it's a brutal bite. And yes, we have found them here in Brevard county.

And our favorite fact..

This year seems to be the year of the rodent! Rats decided to try to move in on On Point Wildlife Removals head guy, Jerry. The disrespect??

So, Jerry managed the invasion and gave us a call to replace the damaged screens.
