We’re looking for a heavy equipment operator. We want someone who works hard and plays hard. We work as a team and take pride in communicating and getting things done right. If you know your way around heavy equipment—or you’re ready to learn—this might be your spot. We have a couple full-time positions open, entry level to expert. Pay DOE, Must be 18 to apply.

The work:
• Excavation
• Mulching
• Road building
• Home site prep
What we want:
• Strong work ethic
• Show up on time
• Respect the machine, the crew, and the job
• Experience is a plus, not a requirement

This is a fun job, not a desk job. We are based in Grangeville, working throughout the surrounding region. Some projects are local, some take us out where the work is big and the views are better. Out-of-town jobs may include the option to camp.
