🎉 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT 🎉

We’re excited to recognize Nick Madsen and get him set up with his new company truck!

He’s been a great part of the Element Lawn & Landscape team for over a year, and we appreciate the hard work, reliability, and effort he brings every day.

As we continue to grow, we want the people who grow with us to benefit too:

⭐ Personal company work truck
⭐ Company gas card
⭐ Competitive pay
⭐ Opportunities to grow and earn more

We’re proud of the team we’re building and excited about where we’re headed.

We’re not actively hiring right now, but we’ll be looking to add a few great people to our team for spring 2027. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work and wants an opportunity to grow with a landscaping company, keep us in mind.

Congrats on the new ride, Nick!🤝

Another outdoor space transformed!

For this project, we created a natural stone stepping walkway connecting the side of the home to the backyard pool area, along with new landscaping and plantings to bring everything together.

There’s nothing better than hearing directly from our customers about their experience working with our team. We appreciate the trust they placed in us to bring their vision to life!

Another transformation wrapped up in 📍Urbandale, Iowa!

This project included a full landscape renovation along with a brand-new concrete patio in the backyard. We finished everything off with new plantings, edging, and rock to give the property a completely refreshed look.

But the best part is hearing what our clients have to say after the work is done. Check out their experience working with the Element Lawn & Landscape team from start to finish!
