Today is a bittersweet day at HARLO as we celebrate an incredible leader and welcome a new chapter for our company.

After 24 years of dedicated service, our President, Mike Birkmeier, has officially retired and passed the baton to our new CEO, Mark Aubry.

Throughout his tenure, Mike has been unwavering in his commitment to our employees, customers, suppliers, dealers, and business partners. His leadership, integrity, and passion for excellence have played a vital role in shaping HARLO into the company we are today. The impact he has made on our organization and the relationships he has built over the years will be felt for generations to come.

Mike, thank you for your dedication, your vision, and your tireless efforts to make HARLO stronger. We wish you nothing but happiness, health, and success as you begin this well-deserved next chapter.

At the same time, we are excited to welcome Mark Aubry as our new CEO. We look forward to the fresh ideas, new perspectives, and continued growth that lie ahead as we build on the strong foundation Mike helped create.

As a company proud to assemble our rough terrain forklifts in Michigan, Labor Day is a special opportunity to recognize the hardworking men and women who build, grow, transport, service, and support America's industries every day.

From our employees and dealers to the farmers, contractors, landscapers, arborists, and equipment operators who rely on our equipment, we celebrate the dedication, craftsmanship, and work ethic that keep our country moving forward.

Please note that Harlo will be closed Friday, September 4th, and Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

This week we are happy to celebrate Robert Rozanski's 1-year work anniversary at HARLO! 🎉

Over the past year, Robert has become a valued member of the HARLO team. When asked what he enjoys most about working here, his answer was simple: "The people. We have great people here." We couldn't agree more—and we're glad you're one of them!

When he's not at work, Robert enjoys spending time with his five children and his new grandbaby. He's also passionate about computer programming and gaming, always finding time to explore technology and tackle new challenges.
